At over 125 years old the Manx Electric Railway acknowledged as the longest narrow gauge vintage electric railway system in the British Isles and still uses its original Victorian and Edwardian rolling stock. In fact two of the trams in use are the oldest regularly operated tram cars in the world!
For one weekend grab a free return ticket for a journey from Douglas at Derby Castle station to Groudle Glen stop for a great day out with family and friends. Alight to explore the glen and the coastal cove before boarding the tram for the return journey back to Douglas.
